Welcome to Trishika Services. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all members, visitors, and staff.
1. Prohibited Items Smoking, consumption of alcohol, gutka, pan masala, or any tobacco products are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
2. Dress Code Members must wear appropriate indoor sports attire at all times to ensure safety, hygiene, and comfort.
3. Respect & ConductAll members, staff, and visitors are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive conduct is not tolerated.
4. Use of Equipment Sports equipment must be used responsibly. Members are responsible for returning equipment after use and ensuring it is not damaged.
5. Food & Beverages Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Only authorized snacks and beverages purchased on the premises are allowed.
6. Mobile Phones Members should keep their mobile phones on silent or vibrate mode during gameplay to avoid disturbances.
7. Cleanliness Members are expected to keep the premises clean. Dispose of trash responsibly using dustbins provided.
8. Time Slots Members must adhere to their allocated time slots for games and activities. Overstaying without prior approval may lead to restrictions.
9. Behavioral Standards Any aggressive or disruptive behavior—including shouting, throwing equipment, or misconduct—will result in disciplinary action or suspension.
10. Membership Revocation Management reserves the right to revoke or suspend memberships in case of misconduct or violation of these rules.
11. Subscription Fees Adults:** ₹700 per month Students:** ₹500 per month For 1 hour single time - ₹100 per hour Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
12. Training & Guidance Training sessions and sports guidance are available. Members can enroll to improve their skills.
13. Language Policy English speaking is encouraged within the premises to promote effective communication and confidence, especially among children and new members.
14. Support & Assistance Our staff are available to assist members with queries and support during their visit.
15. Safety First Members must follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by staff to prevent injuries.
16. Insurance & LiabilityThe club is not responsible for personal injuries or loss of belongings. Members are advised to take personal precautions.
17. Photography & VideoPhotography and videography are only permitted with prior permission. Respect others’ privacy.
18. Usage Restrictions The premises are strictly for sports and recreational activities. Any illegal or inappropriate activity is prohibited.
19. Health & Hygiene Members exhibiting symptoms of illness should refrain from using the facilities to prevent infections.
20. Amendments Management reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
21. Pool Games & Booking Policy With a monthly membership, members are entitled to only 30 minutes of pool games per day. Pool game bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A bonus slot may be provided based on vacancy or availability, subject to management’s discretion.
22. Gambling not allowed in premises.
