Dress Code: Members must wear proper indoor sports attire at all times to ensure safety and hygiene.
Respect & Conduct: All members, staff, and visitors must maintain respectful behavior. Any form of aggressive or abusive language or conduct will not be tolerated.
Use of Equipment: Sports equipment must be used responsibly. Members are responsible for returning equipment after use and ensuring it is not damaged.
Food & Beverages: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the club. Only authorized snacks and beverages purchased on the premises are allowed.
Mobile Phones: Mobile phones should be kept on silent/vibrate mode during gameplay to avoid disturbances.
Cleanliness: Members are expected to keep the play area clean. Use dustbins to dispose of trash and maintain hygiene.
Time Slots: Members must adhere to their allocated time slots for games and activities.Behavioral Standards: Aggressive or disruptive behavior, including shouting or throwing equipment, will lead to disciplinary action or suspension.
Children’s Supervision: Children must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian or responsible adult at all times.
Membership Revocation: Management reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership in case of misconduct or violation of rules.
Subscription Fees: The monthly subscription fee is ₹700 for adults and ₹500 for students, payable in advance. Fees are non-refundable.
Training & Guidance: Training sessions and guidance for various sports are available. Members can enroll to improve their skills.
Language Policy: English speaking is encouraged within the premises to promote effective communication and confidence-building among children and members.
Support & Assistance: Our staff are available to assist members with any queries or support needed during their visit.Safety First: Members must follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by staff to prevent injuries.
Insurance & Liability: The club is not responsible for any personal injuries or loss of belongings. Members are advised to take personal precautions.
Photography & Video: Photography and videography are only allowed with prior permission. Respect others' privacy.
Usage Restrictions: The club premises are for sports and recreational activities only. Any illegal or inappropriate activity is strictly prohibited.
Health & Hygiene: Members exhibiting symptoms of illness should refrain from using the facilities to prevent the spread of infections.
Amendments: The management reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions as necessary without prior notice.
