How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding season (October-February). For last-minute requests, please call us directly to check availability.
Do you bring activities and supplies?
Yes! We bring age-appropriate toys, games, arts and crafts supplies, and activities to keep children engaged. For longer events, we plan multiple activity rotations to maintain interest.
What safety measures do you have in place?
All caregivers undergo background checks and are trained in first aid. We maintain appropriate caregiver-to-child ratios based on age groups, implement child check-in/check-out procedures, and have emergency protocols in place.
Do you travel throughout Maharashtra?
Yes, we provide service anywhere in Maharashtra state. For locations more than 100km from Murtizapur, additional travel charges may apply. Please inquire for specific details about your location.
Can you accommodate children with special needs?
Yes, we can accommodate children with various needs. Please discuss your child's specific requirements with us in advance so we can ensure we have the right caregiver and appropriate activities.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.
Do you provide food for the children?
Our Gold and Platinum plans include snacks. For full meals, we can either serve food provided by you/the venue or arrange catering for an additional fee. Please discuss dietary restrictions in advance.
What languages do your caregivers speak?
Our caregivers speak Marathi, Hindi, and basic English. If you need caregivers fluent in other languages, please let us know in advance, and we'll try to accommodate your request.
